Update - OBRA Cat 3 & Lower Can Purchase One-Day
Good news OBRA riders see the message below:
"Through at least Dec 31st, we will honor the OBRA licenses for reciprocity on a USAC one day up to Cat 3 and riders must show a current annual OBRA license to be eligible," Jan Luke-Hamasaki, USA Cycling, AK, HI, ID, OR,WA,CA and NV.
