OBRA Riders at Star Crossed
USAC is recognizing OBRA categories up to Cat 3 for reciprocity for Starcrossed categories. Riders must show a current annual OBRA license, and are required to purchase a one-day USAC license.
Categories above Cat 3 must hold a current USAC license to compete in Starcrossed. Riders in the Elite races must have an International license.

Update - OBRA Cat 3 & Lower Can Purchase One-Day
Good news OBRA riders see the message below:
"Through at least Dec 31st, we will honor the OBRA licenses for reciprocity on a USAC one day up to Cat 3 and riders must show a current annual OBRA license to be eligible," Jan Luke-Hamasaki, USA Cycling, AK, HI, ID, OR,WA,CA and NV.

Waitlist for Closed Fields
Currently the Men 3, Men 4 and Master Men 3/4 Fields are closed. We are getting requests from riders to wiatlist for these races. You can send an email to joebre AT umich.edu if you want to be added to a waitlist. Chances of racing are likely low and please do not send wiatlist requests after 9/10/08. Thank you.

Disc Brakes?
Disc brakes will be allowed in all USCF sanctioned categories(non-Elite Men and Women). The UCI rules do not allow the Elite Men and Women to use disc brakes.
